The Teatwand Stepover is an automated in race, walkover type teat sprayer that is
for everyone else milking cows.
Working examples of the Teatwand Stepover can be seen at Fieldays® 2021 on the
Onfarm Solutions site PB41 and in the Innovations Hub.
Onfarm Solutions have quite a history with Fieldays®.
2009 we were in the Innovations hub with the very first Teatwand.
2021 we will be there again with our very first smart and simple walkover teat
sprayer. Come and check it out!
Onfarm Solutions have been at every Fieldays® in between.
2015 at Fieldays® we met a Michigan dairy farmer Walter van Loon. Walter and his
family had moved from Belgium to milk cows in Michigan USA some years before.
They have two large rotaries and a parallel parlor, milking around a total of 12,000
cows three times a day. After a couple of NZ farm visits checking out our newly
released Teatwand Exact in action Walter was ready to commit to a double system,
Pre spray and Post spray at Wheeler Dairy their 80-stall rotary. This system was
installed in 2015. Walter has been a valuable ambassador for our product in the USA
market ever since, he now has a double system in their 60-stall rotary too.
Fieldays® have, are and will continue to be an important platform for Onfarm Solutions
to get our word out there into farming communities around the world.
